Dim Sum Go Go

I like Tim Ho Wan and Dim Sum Go-Go for dim sum. Go-Go lacks some personality, but the food is about as good as NYC dim sum gets.

Hey Yuet

There's a couple of "decent" options, but the best Dim Sum is in Manhattan/Brooklyn. Check out Hey Yuet, Dim Sum Sam/Palace, or Ping's.

Yi Ji Shi Mo

Yi Ji Shi Mo for the juiciest steam rice rolls--thin, chewy, cheap, I immediately need to drop whatever I'm doing and go there today.

Dim Sum Sam is also worth the visit; it’s probably my favorite dim sum spot in the city atm, albeit that doesn’t have the traditional ambiance.

I would suggest Ping's in Chinatown –– they have dim sum but an extensive menu with seafood, clay pot dishes, etc., that are all amazing.

Lucky King

My current favorite is at Lucky King on Grand Street. If you're at dim sum, though, there's even better because they're freshly fried. Usually I just need a quick snack though, so I buy a ball at Lucky King and then walk down the block to Tao Hong for an iced yuenyeung.
