replying to u/mcwerf: I live in Chelsea and have been to most of the Sichuan restaurants downtown. Dim Sum Chelsea on 22nd and 8th is my favorite local joint in the neighborhood. The food is great for the price, reasonable portions, and the owners are very nice.
