Not a traditional or plain fries, but if you’re into poutine/fries with a sauce on top… They do a masala fries as well for something a little simpler, and they’re solid. Salt + Charcoal served me some great fries that were very simple but I loved the execution. After coming out the fryer and salting the fries, they also tossed in a variety of herbs and it was really nice. 886 - I’m a sucker for Eric Sze and anything mala, and the fries here last I went had a great. They were served well seasoned and with a healthy dollop of mayo on top and I’ve learned that it’s not everyone’s thing, but I love them.
