replying to u/CremeDeNada: Idk about WV or UES but the one on 2nd ave in the EV serves the pasta after it’s been stirred in a massive cheese wheel. …something all the “I make it better at home” chefs are probably not doing, unless they’re buying 16 lbs of cheese to make their dish.
