AI-generated summary

A traditional specialist in Hell's Kitchen. People liked the and several called the one of the best in the city. Not everyone agreed. One person found the food badly undersalted and another didn't think the sous vide thick cut was worth the price. It later became Shin Rokko.

I will say, the omakases were better like a couple years ago when they cooked the chicken less so they were still a little pink and also they could serve more parts of the chicken like chochin (ovary + fallopian tube).

Was not a fan of the sous vide thick cut however, especially at that price.

I thought the food was incredibly undersalted. Maybe they were just having a bad day though
