replying to u/CabassoG: Chinese- Szechuan Mountain House, Peppercorn Station, Uluh (all Szechuan/Sichuan,) Blue Willow, I guess, for Hunan food, though there's probably a place in Flushing/Brooklyn I am forgetting about. Chongqing Lao Zao for hot pot. Thai- Saranrom, Hungry Thirsty, Hug Esan, Zabb PuTawn (all Isan/Northeastern Thai) Indian- Indian Table (Goan.) Rowdy Rooster on W32nd for spicier chicken sandwiches, though they have notably got rid of their spiciest offerings Sri Lankan- Sigri, though I haven't tried Lungi
