replying to u/jaded_toast: Thanks for sharing this. It looks amazing! For a non-Queens resident, how would you rank your personal preferences among the 4 spots you listed? And in general, do you find all of them to be lightly seasoned? I went with a friend to Astoria Seafood for the first time last year, and we thought everything was well-cooked but completely lacking in salt - just wondering if this tends to be the norm.

replying to u/CabassoG: AbuQir (gap) Hamido (barely) this place (barely) Astoria Seafood. I love AbuQir specifically due to their amazing tagine and their blackened seafood. I also like scallops more than other things, so I prefer them as well as their wonderful rice. This place reminded me of a low-key version of Astoria Seafood, and I slightly preferred it, as that spot is a bit loud for me. As said, it's close between this place and Hamido and between here and Astoria Seafood.
