They're also the only place I've been to that was serving a tetrazzini; I have no idea if they still serve that but if they do, get it it's awesome.”

replying to u/halfadash6: Maison Harlem, the edge and Sottocasa are good for sit down. A little north is Cocina Consuelo which is really delicious Mexican. Charles pan fried, king barka, and the noodle are all good take out.

replying to u/Theairthatibreathe: It’s the one you like the best honestly. I went to le bernardin 3 times and was never really blown away and my last visit was actually disappointing. We were rushed (lunch service) and all 4 fish main courses were over cooked. I’ll take essential by christophe (UWS) over le bernardin. And for an expensive place, my best French meal was at le coucou, hands down. But at the end of the day my heart belongs to brasseries and bistros, not fine dining.

replying to u/wynonna_burp: Harlem Shake, Red Rooster, Maison Harlem Blvd Bistro and Chocolat are a little south, Clay nearby but on the nicer side, and Manna’s is a soul food buffet is like having Thanksgiving any time
