“I love holiday, but Its not romantic and this is a couple celebrating 10 year anniversary. Holiday is unprencious and the opposite of sexy, they have decent cocktails but not amazing.”

replying to u/TheOldRamDangle: I think that list is waaaay too Cocktail/ Hype beast heavy. One of the beautiful things about New York is how many different kinds of bars there are Throw in some shitty dive bars in the East Village like The Library or Blue and Gold or a beer hall like Radegast or an old historic bar like Faunces Tavern. The other problem is a lot of these places have insane lines or require reservations because of all the bullshit hype/ influencers/ limited amount of seats Whatever you do,do not leave without going to New Yorks most important bar, McSoreleys. Preferably early before it gets crowded
