replying to u/Poopermensch: IMO the best Polish food in NYC is Polka Dot followed by the buffet table at the market on the corner of Java and McGuinness - take out only. Best pierogi are sold at Krajan (to heat up at home) or for sit down it’s Pierożek. But if you wanna go to a sit down proper restaurant and have anything other than pierogi then yeah, Karczma.
