replying to u/HugoNext: Clay is my favorite restaurant in the area. Sottocasa Harlem has one of the best neapolitan pizzas in NYC. Sylvia's is the queen of soul food for a reason. Red Rooster is the celebrity chef version of the same, plus live jazz.

replying to u/villagevigaro: Estela has a delicious tasting menu that I’d say isn’t too out there, clay in west Harlem is not a tasting menu but is memorable, creative and tasty. I’ve been wanting to try Ci Siamo with my parents but haven’t been yet. Principe is one of my favorite restaurants but maybe a little on the sceney side so take a look and see if the vibe is fitting.
