replying to u/fortytwoanswers: Had a really great tasting menu experience at Oxalis, and I always love Sofreh/Eyval for the nostalgia of food I grew up eating, but my real answer is outside the city at Blue Hill at Stone Barns. I only did the community table 5-course tasting menu but it was fantastic — can only imagine what the 25-course one is like.
