replying to u/Suspicious-Spinach30: I had Hirohisa and Daniel booked for next week to celebrate the end of my first semester of law school. Cancelled Daniel b/c I just can't pay that much money for a restaurant that's evidently in decline, has anyone been to Hirohisa recently and can speak to whether it's still a high-quality meal? Normally I wouldn't cancel over a restaurant losing a star but I've been looking forward to these meals for four months and really want them to be special.
“Hirohisa is excellent and have never noticed a decline in quality. It is the most authentically Japanese kaiseki in NYC and the most authentic I have had outside of Japan, which makes it a special experience.”
