replying to u/quodlibetor: YongChuan on Clinton St is newish and weirdly great, better than any of the classics in Chinatown. Perfectly cooked medium rare duck, the crepes are really good and not mealy, fun toppings. Bonus: everything else I've had there is great too.

replying to u/Jazzlike_Ad9644: Juqi in flushing does the 2nd dish - stir-fried or soup 2nd stage I believe. A bit of a hike from Manhattan but probably one of the best (if not the best) Peking duck in NYC. The best was undisputed Decoy until a fire closed it for quite a few years around Covid time. Think they are back now but can’t vouch for it since i haven’t been in years.
