If that’s the case, we prioritize openings based on A) how interesting they seem and B) how much buzz they have. If a lot of people are looking for information on a hot new spot, we want to be able to let our readers know what the deal is. We also review a lot of old (non-buzzy) restaurants that we find interesting and worthwhile. Those are my favorite places to check out.
