replying to u/The_CerealDefense: Doner Haus is the best traditional doner I’ve found. The price isn’t competitive, but the food is good. Berlin Doner on MacDougal is good and priced better but not as good. Ankara on Houston in EV/LES makes legit stuff but isn’t a drunk in Europe Doner

replying to u/CompostAwayNotThrow: Uzbek food is absolutely delicious. As far as I know, there’s only one Uzbek restaurant in Manhattan - Farida on Cedar Street. It’s good. There are other Uzbek restaurants in Forest Hills, Queens and Brighton Beach, Brooklyn but I wouldn’t go out of my way for them.
