  • replying to u/MifuneKinski: which tasting menu did you do? the bazaar classic or the Jose creative experience?

the flavors clash in a pungent mess, with no distinct traits you usually expect from the individual food items coming through. felt like I ate a bunch of the same thing with different textures, and slightly different temperatures.

  • The food was just ok, the drinks were unimpressive but the service was simply horrible.

  • replying to u/Snoo-18544: I was watching some YouTubers (James andrews) dine at this place. I had had it with a friend about 6 months earlier and it seemed like the prices were much cheaper than what was in the video. Restaurants are small businesses so I won't fault them for cashing in on their popularity.  That being said once you cross 150$ per person for dinner, for me you really need to show me why I shouldn't just go to 63 clinton instead.

Bondst HY and Bazaar weren’t worth it at all

  • horrendous, paying for style, not substance - all the food is oversalted to hide how low qual the ingredients are

  • It’s really expensive and probably not worth the money, but pure taste-wise I like the Bazaar by Jose Andres’s pan con tomate (with jamon iberico).

  • The one in NY is everything you said and that's so unfortunate.

  • Bazaar in Vegas was one of the more disappointing meals I ate in that city based on the price point.. Not an establishment I’d check out again.

  • **Bazaar** was created with an intention of bringing strangers under one roof with incredible food and genuine connections.

  • replying to u/NowMoreEpic: When did you go? I went during the pandemic and thought it was very mid. Very disappointing. But it was sort of half functioning I think due to the pandemic… wondering it improved. I love his restaurants in DC had some great experiences there; but recently at one of his spots in Vegas (the one in thecosmopolitan) and it was mid too….

Tried the tasting menu since it was supposed to be the best of the best but I was mostly underwhelmed.

  • I went to Bazaar which in my opinion is terribly overpriced, and most of the food is fine at best.
