Scalini Fedeli

8.2/10Italian

AI-generated summary

Old school Italian in Tribeca, quiet and built for a big night. People go for the five course prix fixe around $89 and call it a steal for the room and the service. The wine list is where the bill climbs. Reservations are easy to get.

  • Simple Italian menu, food was great and service was nice also. It was quiet when we went and had a lot of attentive behavior from the manager. It is a reasonably priced restaurant for being so high end, but the wine list may kill you on price - 7.5/10

I love this place so much. One of the first nicer restaurants I went to in New York 15 years ago and it is still a great spot to go to for a quiet meal.

  • Scalini Fedeli would be my vote given you are looking for quieter / romantic - the food is also excellent, better service too vs Locanda. Both great Tribeca staples.
