replying to u/hunneybunny: Ugh same it was so good. Amazing baguette and great pastries, super consistent across locations too. Still gutted that covid took away our only Pierre Herme outpost too. Try out Heritage Grand Bakery on 40th st on the bottom side of bryant park. I stopped in bc the pastries and overall setup really reminded me of Maison Kayser and the employee there said the owner was actually a former partner or owner of the MKs before they shut down, and wanted to revive it as much as possible with Heritage Grand. I've only had like one thing so far but it was pretty good!
