replying to u/thansal: I can't speak w/ any authority, but I followed a rec from here to Joong Koog Jip for jajangmyeon and super loved it. They've got rajogi on the menu, and I can say the fry on their their tang soo yuk was excellent, so I'd assume at least that part is good for the rajogi.
