replying to u/CabassoG: There's a spot called S'Mac for good mac n cheese for in the East Village. My favorite Khachapuri for the price point is definitely at Cafedelia. Adjaruli is recommended but the rest are excellent. As noted by another commentor, Bhutanese food involves a lot of cheese usually with a lot of chili. Zhego is the best of the two but Weekender is excellent also and larger. Also as noted, the Baked Cheese Haus at Bryant Park is excellent. There's also Taureau for Swiss style raclette (I've never been to Lavaux.) Unfortunately, the eponymous restaurant Raclette closed a while back.
