replying to u/ChivalrousWombat: I’ll have to give the breakfast burrito a shot. Unfortunately I went for dinner with a friend and I found the food to be pretty subpar. And the main disappointing was the tortillas, they were quite drug hard and not at all stretchy which was what I heard then described as on so many occasions. I’ll chalk it up to a bad night. The drinks were incredible though. OP, have you tried Ammazza Deli’s breakfast burrito? I’m curious to see how other folks feel about it but it remains the only breakfast burrito I’ve enjoyed, while relatively small for the price, I found it to be filling and the best tasting breakfast burrito I’ve had (filling wise). Unfortunately for the deli, I had a pretty awful experience getting a takeout lunch there. Wrong orders and burnt food which was kind of crazy, and since I was already back home I didn’t bother trying to return it. And I have to agree with OP’s review of Ceremonia, I was genuinely shocked how well regarded the breakfast burrito is. I found it to be flavorless with the texture of slop on the inside and it’s become a benchmark for who I listen to in the breakfast burrito recommendation world. I did enjoy a couple separate pastries from their bakery however.
