replying to u/laughingwalls: I haven't really tried a biscuits here. I've heard that generally they aren't good in NYC, because the flower that is commonly used for biscuits is difficult to source north of Virginia. I only got it this time, because it was an unplanned lunch and I walked in here. I will check out bubby's. I am sure I will want a southern fix from time to time.
