replying to u/OBAFGKM17: Food wise in that price range, Bridges, Santi and Time and Tide have been the stare of the past couple of years for me. Wasn’t super impressed with Corima (though it was their first month, tbf), Claud was nice, but nothing was super memorable. The cacio e pepe squid at Time and Time was an all-time dish for me, as were the custard and pork chop at Bridges. I’ll go to the ends of the Earth to eat Michael White pasta, so that’s what elevates Santi here (though they have awesome non-pasta dishes as well). If you want a truly unique experience where the food is great, but not mind-blowing, check out Venhue, it was a really fun night when we went.
