replying to u/fermentedradical: This is the list. TBH you should go to r/pourover and look as that's the real spot for 3rd Wave nerdiness on Reddit. I would really suggest taking the train to Brooklyn and hitting Sey, Loveless, and Dayglow in a row as they're super close to each other. Manhattan you can do La Cabra and Coffee Project pretty easily within a few blocks, too.
