replying to u/emceebugman: A cemita is an iconic dish in NYC that’s not included here, but I can’t think of a place that sells it that would be considered “iconic” (maybe Ollin in Harlem). The mole poblano from La Morada, a oaxacan spot, seems a bit of a stretch.
