replying to u/DinerEnBlanc: Ivan Ramen makes a great bowl of Shio (clear chicken broth), but my personal fav is NoNoNo’s Shio Paitan (thicker cloudy broth). Both are great, so I suppose you can pick based on your preference. I lean towards the latter when it’s cold/rainy out.
