“Tanoshi Sushi - it’s about $130-$150/person but it’s Byob! Bring your own champagne or sake to pair. Extremely creative sushi preparations and they have a map on the wall with the locations of where each fish comes from. Its north of midtown in UES but worth it and I think it fits your vibe”
