“there are a few Italian or pizza places in nyc are truly excellent at gluten free. The ones that come to mind for me are Rubirosa for general red sauce Italian (and vibes), and Keste, whose gluten free pizza crust is so good I know people who live across the country and bring whole pies with them when they fly home.”
