“I've been three times for dinner, just had both of their Valentine's pre-fix menus and loved it all. Highlights were a caviar egg salad sandwich with a ton of chives on incredible bread, vinegar and cornichon braised rabbit, and a dark chocolate dart that made me want to slap someone.”

replying to u/happyhippo984: Agi’s counter was a good one for me too, forgot about it because I moved out of the area. Arden is another good place where I was always treated good and good for solo dining. Leland Eating and Drinking House is another great one.

replying to u/ourannual: My 2 cents: \- I'd personally skip Sugarfish \- Lord's is worth it. Awesome dinner lineup all around. \- Golden diner is a 2 hour wait that will eat up a whole morning unless you have a res. I personally haven't had the pancakes so can't speak to it but just be aware of what you're getting yourself into. \- Agi's counter is an amazing brunch, definitely keep it on the list \- Some other bakeries to consider checking out: Hani's, Le Cabra, Claude. Although I do personally love Radio Bakery.
