“TabeTomo - ok, I rec this to everyone b/c it's my favorite. They do tonkotsu tsukemen, so you get a bowl of super rich pork soup and a separate bowl of noodles (I love their noodles) for dipping into your soup.”

“I would like to say TabeTomo is a solid contender, but there's one issue: The soup base is REALLY strong. If you get the normal Tonkotsu I think it's pretty standard, but the tsukemen has some additional shots of flavor (I thin kit includes some vinegar). The noodles sound like what he would like.”

“I really wanted to like TabeTomo but I felt that the tare in their broth was overpowering. I really loved the richness of their broth and I enjoyed the diluted broth/soup at the end of my meal.”
