replying to u/The_CerealDefense: I've said this in another post too **Soothr**: This is very similar to a higher end thai place you'd find in Bangkok. Focus is on thai food. You can call it "modern thai" like you'd say "modern american". Its very reasonably priced for the quality. Good cocktail program if thats your thing. Its a cool spot in that its not a high end restaurant, but serves very good modern thai at a highly approachable, if not downright great price. If you like curries, try their Koong Karee, an egg curry which is not a common dish you'll find around. **Thai Diner**: This is "thai inspired" hipster place more than being an actual thai restaurant, but of course, yes its thai food, but its more geared towards an american palate and being creative. Very instagrammable "cool" location. Food backs it up though, you will not be dissapointed. Great with a group of friends, hip, fun. People love the thai disco fries, but everything I've had there is good, alebit portions aren't that big **Fish Cheeks**: This is the more higher end, more expensive version of thai diner, in all the right ways, but a fairly small menu, for good reason. Also great with friends. If you're in a group, you can just walk into lunch at any of them, if you're a solo diner, you can just walk in at anytime for a seat at the bar and get service and your meal very fast. All are good options.
