replying to u/Dkfoot: Maybe it's location dependent. On the UES, I had to stop going to Shake Shack because the employees are absolutely comatose and this negates the advantage of having some tables for dine in. 7th street never failed me on relatively quick service (even when busy) though. Burgers are a bit different style wise, but I like both.
