“The Grill does a Newburg that's more like what i used to get at Delmonico's. Happy it's there but that place is a pain to get a reservation, plus it's in midtown so that's annoying.”

“Delmonico's used to make a Lobster Newburg that was outstanding. Whole lobster, maybe two pounder, cooked thermidor style and then covered in a bisque-ish sauce and served in the shell but broken up. It was a delicious mess and one of my favorite seafood dishes.”
