  • This is quality nigiri, nice size pieces and fresh fish. But something is just off. Maybe no garnishes, maybe it’s because it didn’t come with a roll. Certainly not bad by any stretch but for me at least also not memorable.

  • replying to u/makunahatata: Their “sushi dinner” is 8 pieces and a roll and soup/salad for $26. I think that’s one of the best values in the neighborhood.

    This is a good spot (I can tell by the quality of the fish, rice) but when offering a solely nigiri set, they need to step it up a little.

    eh, amura is okay. it's just another run of the mill non-omakase sushi joint, imo, although a fairly decent one in the neighborhood.
