replying to u/xx_Winter_xx: Crane Club ribeye is great, but their Parmesan aged strip steak, not so much. However, the Gorgonzola cured striploin at Carne Mare is my favorite steak in the city, and anywhere. Gallagher’s is a solid recommendation, love their steaks, and so is Le Tete D’or. Force rank would be Carne Mare, LTD, Crane Club, then Gallagher’s. I’d avoid Keens, unless you want mutton.
