replying to u/OopsieP00psie: Agreed — I miss Western NY for about 3 reasons and wings are one of them. Wogie’s in the financial district has the best wings I’ve found in the city (to your point, I believe the owners are from Philly). There is one in the west village as well, but it’s weirdly not as good.
