replying to u/real_triplizard: I went to Quality Meats and Butcher and Banker when I was there last week. Quality was great, maybe 7 or 8/10. Butcher and Banker is in an old bank vault in the basement of the New Yorker building. Absolutely amazing. 9/10. Caveat that both are very expensive. Easily $100/person.
