↳replying to u/pandaspuppiespizza: Okay this is random and not gonna get acclaim anywhere bc it is literally a random resto inside a Hilton Garden Inn lol, but when I got back from Rome recently I still hadn't gotten my fill of amatriciana and it's harder to find in the city (cacio e pepe is everywhere and carbonara you can also find, but gricia and amatriciana are not so common) and I found this place: [https://www.botterestaurants.com/tribeca/](https://www.botterestaurants.com/tribeca/) -- I ordered from the Tribeca location but it looks like they have other locations, and their amatriciana was bomb. + they had suppli too which also isn't common (if you haven't had it, it's different from arancini which is way more common). And you'll always be able to get in (vs like a Roscioli)!
And then on the other side of the spectrum of restaurants that are better known/acclaimed, Ci Siamo does a good gricia!
