  • replying to u/JayMoots: Joji Box near Grand Central. Also the onigiri at Omusubi Gonbei (I know it’s not quite sushi but it’s at least sushi-adjacent)

    I was disappointed in Joji Box. Got the omakase chirashi box and it was the only time I've ever been disgusted by uni: the flavor was so bad. The other fish was meh.

    It was okay but ice cold. Thought this might be better. Wasn’t frigid but wasn’t good.
