replying to u/CRAYONSEED: Fair warning this is a basic bitch opinion just because it’s a known thing now, but Pasta Night did impress me. I don’t know if it’s for people who want traditional takes, but the eggplant parm is my absolute favorite take on that dish. I also have been impressed by Lakou Cafe lately, but I was late to that one if you live anywhere near it it’s known
