Have some nice deli mustard for them. Similarly Jamaican Beef Patties. Optionally split them and fill w/ mozz or serve in split coco bread. Both of the above can be cut up into bite sized pieces for grazing (Knish Nosh sells cocktail knishes and other small snacky things as well).

replying to u/manoboar: Do knishes count as dumplings to you? Zabar’s does a good knish but there’s loads of knish spots in the city; I’m sure searching “knish” on here will get you good options.
