replying to u/SMONROE: Thank you for the comments. Was doing Laut for the Beef Rendang. Perhaps worth it for that? Kopitiam looks very interesting, especially the sets and breakfast items. Added Salt & Straw out of interest in trying the Parker House Rolls with Salted Buttercream flavor. Outside of NYC and Disney, rarely near S&S.

replying to u/Excellent-Gur-8547: Honestly, the mocktail programs at a *lot* of the higher end bars are pretty damn solid nowadays. Overstory's Salted Honey soda is still one of the best things I've ever had in a bar, alcoholic or not. Clover Club also does some really cool stuff with local botanicals, Dead Rabbit normally has two N/A drinks on the parlor menu that are seasonal, but always awesome. It's nice to see.
