replying to u/Chevron_Hubbard: Conversely, none of the Malays/Singaporeans I know recommend Laut and I’ve had dreadful meals there. We’ve got solid Indonesian cuisine, but nothing Malaysian hits the mark so far (though Kopitiam works in a pinch and Taste Good has some passable items)
