replying to u/IRT_Bway-7th: Not my 'hood, but been to plenty of Italian over there. Campagnola and Bella Blu are great (fun UES scenes) Caravaggio, Sistina (more upscale and expensive). If you want best food, though, train to downtown is best option. Uva was a go-to for dates back in the day. Also, Cafe D'Alsace definitely worth a try. There is a Czech place i want to try as well.
