replying to u/boromir069: Ahimsa is pretty good, Ananda is decent and bit less heavy Hindu temple canteen in flushing is the best (also it’s South Indian) Also Angel in Jackson heights is really good but more heavy/creamy

replying to u/gbpenalty: As a South Indian who's eaten at both these locations multiple time, Semma dosa is definitely better quality but is it worth the $20? Nope. Not only does Saravana Bhavan have more varieties but also much more value at the current prices. Thiru (NY Dosa man) in WSP is also good. Temple Canteen is much better than Saravana Bhavan and Thiru but you've got to head out all the way to Flushing.
