replying to u/carval: for casual + reliable in that pocket bar pitti is the classic answer, no reservations so a tuesday walk-in is very doable and it's exactly the 'nice and normal' you're describing. if you want a calmer room villa mosconi on macdougal is old-school village italian that never misses
