replying to u/LowerAlfalfa: Also, I’m not a big hype person either. I just like burgers. For example, didn’t get into RHT and walked into Cafe Kestrel down the block. AMAZING burger! But to the person that mentioned the margins around burgers vs other items and using the burgers to get people in the door I think posed great point.
