  • Fantastic vibes and food. Best crispy fiery Korean wings I’ve ever had. Amazing O-Ssam also which is a Korean bar food staple. One of my favorite places in the city

  • It is incredibly spicy but not stupidly inedible like the hottest one from Dave’s

  • Those are the crispiest and spiciest wings I have ever had. If there is such a thing as a wing that’s too hot, these are.

  • replying to u/xlaurenthead: Turntable is great but my absolute go to is Itaewon Pocha on 32nd, 2nd floor

I went recently and the chicken was pretty disappointing:/

  • One of my favorites for dinner is Itaewon Pocha on the 2nd floor of the building next to Hmart on W 32nd. Great classic Korean bar food and fantastic crispy wings that they will make super hot if you ask them.

The feel is straight out of Seoul and the food is very good, especially the wings that can be made as hot as you can stand.

  • Itaewon Pocha is awesome. Fantastic wings too and they will make them as hot as you want. I especially love their squid pork belly (ochinga ssamgyapsal)

  • replying to u/SanDiablo: Personally, Itaewon Pocha in K-town. Double fried Korean wings. God they were good.

I love these wings and the sticky garlic soy sauce is soooo good.

We all commented that the sauce was so good. I wanted to bottle it and put it on noodles. If it's not what you're talking about, then I highly recommend it.

  • replying to u/xlaurenthead: I haven’t seen Osamil mentioned so I’ll throw that in as well; I love their uni bi bim bap and their squid fries. As for me, my very favorite Korean spot is a little gastropub on the 2nd floor of a sketchy bldg on W32nd called Itaewon Pocha. It just reminds me of those friendly places in the back alleys of Itaewon Seoul. Great food including beautiful crispy hot wings and squid with pork belly (O-ssam) that can’t be missed

    Yes, we enjoyed Itaewon Pocha!
