  • replying to u/MissBananaBiker: Pretty sure they got this information from the Pura Vida Miami [nutrition facts](https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5fc6985aec917750a3ff0c92/t/6914d5fa885db10738e1a468/1762973178311/PVM+Nutrition+Facts.xlsx+-+PV+MENU+REVISED-10.28.pdf) — and it seems like the fact sheet itself must be wrong, as a can of tuna contains approximately 5 grams of fat, two slices of sourdough would contain at most another 5 grams of fat, a tablespoon of mayo contains about 10 grams of fat, and a tablespoon of olive oil contains about 14 grams of fat (all according to eatthismuch.com). So far we're up to 34 grams. I just can't see how you get to 145 from there based on the ingredients listed: tuna salad with olive oil, mustard aioli, sourdough, arugula, tomato and sprouts.

Carrot express is exactly the same btw

  • replying to u/henreiman: I assure you this is not wrong and the amount of butter, sugar, Mayo, etc that goes into these dishes is astronomical. Carrot express is exactly the same btw
